Flow and results of our UX design process:

Before we seek answers, we take time to ask questions. What is the core of the offer? What is the central need? From your point of view and that of your users. In the next step, we look at the "how" of the best possible implementation in four phases:

Step 1: Discover and document what needs to be done.
Step 2: Create structure, define paths and behavior.
Step 3: Visually sketch elements, page types, and sample pages.
Step 4: Initial implementation, testing, optimization.

And then?

Let's see at agreed intervals if everything is working as intended:

  • quarterly evaluation of access figures
  • user surveys or (A/B) tests
  • Elaboration and implementation of optimization recommendations
